Evergreen High School shooting: Student dies by suicide after wounding two classmates in Colorado
A student at Evergreen High School shot two classmates, then died by suicide hours later, authorities said. The attack unfolded around 12:30 p.m. Wednesday on school grounds in Colorado’s foothills. Deputies reached the scene within minutes and never fired their weapons. One victim remains in critical condition; the other was upgraded to fair. The motive is still unknown.
