Emmanuel Haro case: Parents arrested on suspicion of murder after alleged fake kidnapping

Rebecca and Jake Haro were arrested on suspicion of murdering their 7-month-old son, Emmanuel, after authorities said the couple staged a kidnapping in Yucaipa.
