Emmanuel Haro case: Parents urged to help as search for missing infant shifts to homicide probe
The search for 7-month-old Emmanuel Haro has shifted to a homicide investigation after detectives said a reported parking-lot kidnapping in Yucaipa did not occur. His parents were arrested on murder charges as authorities expanded searches across Yucaipa, Cabazon, and Moreno Valley. Investigators believe Emmanuel is deceased and are focused on recovering his remains.
